My Grans adjustable/electric bed broke yesterday. She relies on it so we need it fixing asap. We've tried finding someone to repair it but we can't seem to find anyone that can do this in the North East of England (County Durham).
There's a unit in Morton park, Darlington, behind Morrison's that has disability products, they might be able to help you find a service engineer. There's one near Newton Aycliffe too but I can't remember quite where.
