HOTEL SHOWS OFF RENOVATIONS

General manager Chris Ehmann said the first phase of the hotel’s renovation began in May. He said the project would be implemented in stages and completed by the end of next year.

He added that the total renovation cost was RM50 million.

“The extensive makeover strikes a balance between modern conveniences and our high standard of excellence.

“We are excited about the renovation and we shall continue to spread the light and warmth of hospitality with Hilton’s unrivalled service.

“Next in our renovation pipeline are meeting rooms on Level 1 and the executive lounge. The rest of the rooms will be renovated in stages,” said Ehmann.

He said the overall concept features an urban oasis of luxury with a seamless blend of Asian traditions, simplicity, elegance and a subtle burst of vibrant hues.

Ehmann said each room would have a luxurious bed, down comforter, 42” LCD television, adjustable work desk with ergonomic chair, cozy lighting, Caroma fixtures, Grohe hand showers with several spray patterns, marble countertops, rain shower and premium bath amenities.
