From the flat position, one could fold it up increasingly in the different positions (one way). To make it flat again, one needed to fully push it to the front first. From the flat position one could then go to any desired position.
Probably not worth fixing, if the metal got bent then its weakened. This would just cause more problems in he future or it will break later on. You may want to try getting it to either be flat (bed) or just a regular couch at this point.
need to replace mattress for my craftmatic bed but want one that will still bend with the positions yet have the same advantages of the sleep member or temperpedic type mattress. Anyone have an idea or same problem?
