Ive bought a Sungift 300 mobility scooter that has 2 batteries each side. But they are flat and need to be replaced.
no. it needs both battery's its a 24v motor ok and 3 batterys might give you more distance but not more speed.
The scooter takes (2) 12V/12AH batteries and I usually plug the charger into the scooter then into a 3 prong outlet at home. Would I be able to safely plug this into a converter in my car when not in use to keep the battery charged and ready? you can safely charge your scooter's battery using this converter, the only problem is that you cannot leave the converter connected to your car battery permanently; these converters consume electricity from the car battery, and they tend to heat alot, even when no power is consumed

Ive bought a Sungift 300 mobility scooter that has 2 batteries each side. But they are flat and need to be replaced. And i thought i could connect 3 of the batteries to the scooter so there would be more power. Would the batteries be worth buying? If not could you tell me what would be good cheap batteries that you could recommend me buying? Cheers
