walk that block come home and do like 3 pushups

MADISON — Gov. Scott Walker's ambitiously titled "Back to Work Wisconsin" special legislative session wrapped up this week, resulting in the passage of 14 pieces of business-related legislation, ranging from modifications to small-business loans to capping certain attorney fees.
To Walker and Republican leadership, it was a rousing success. The bills passed, they said, will help improve the state's business climate and position Wisconsin for future growth.
But for critics, the special session was an underwhelming collection of modest proposals that served only to obscure the GOP's passage of several high-profile bills dealing with social issues.
"The issues Republicans have focused on in the past month reveal their priorities," said Assembly Minority Leader Peter Barca, D-Kenosha. "The fall and special session have been a dismal, unfocused failure when it comes to urgent job creation and helping struggling families.
