While I was rolling out my new clothing line in China, Pat Riley was busy sending us letters about our body fat. He had come up with some new and improved threats, but I didn't even open my letter. I knew I wasn't going to make my number.
Pat was concerned winning it all would make us too comfortable. And, to be honest, he was right. It did.
We celebrated a little too long and a little too hard. There were too many parties, too many commercials, too many celebrations. We lost our edge.
I showed up to training camp without any chance of making my target of 13 percent body fat. I wasn't the only one. Antoine [Walker} and [James} Posey both missed their target number and were suspended.

Call Me Webster
Words have been disappearing from my vocabulary; cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, gardening, exploring.....Now some of these, like cleaning, you might want to rub from your life,but I miss them. So I am redefining what they mean.
Cooking means spending the money for pre-cut meats and veggies. Letting go of the idea that it has to be from scratch.
Cleaning means investing in hand held power scrubbers for kitchen and bath. Pop up wipes and electric sweepers. Just don't look under my rugs...smile.
Shopping means online and home delivery. It does not mean getting the best deal at the lowest price...Letting go of that was tough!
Laundry means investing in a stackable unit for the main floor. Permanent press and "no iron" are my best friends.
Gardening means raised beds, soaker hoses and a garden bench. Digging in the soil is therapy and I refuse to give it up!...

For the younger generation who has stronger bones, easy falls are not something to be afraid of but for the senior age bracket it’s a cause of concern since falls have the inherent of aggravating the conditions they already have.
